Bradley Cameron, Director, International Division
Brad leads the AMS International division. He is an expert at strategic planning, organizational design, marketing, and communications. He is currently directing global initiatives for the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition, including to develop its Asia-based supply chain programs, and by the largest provider of aviation global distribution systems to expand its presence in China. He is also developing the Council on China-US Business and Investment for businesses in China, and is leading a business liaison team to help expand sales channels in China for Ferrari-Masserati.
Brad has developed national organizations for several US industries, including the US Soccer Foundation with proceeds from the 1994 World Cup, the Generic Pharmaceutical Association for generic drug manufacturers, and Business for Affordable Medicine, a national alliance of Fortune 500 companies and Governors from 14 states.
Brad is CEO of Situation Management Group, Inc., an international business consulting firm in Washington, DC. He holds Master's Degrees in international business and business strategy from Columbia University and the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. He is a graduate of the University of California.

Victor Chen, Director, China Operations
Victor leads AMS initiatives in China. He is a bilingual expert on China business, media, and government relations. He is currently helping develop the Council on China-US Business and Investment, as well as developing sales opportunities in China for Sabre Holdings and Ferrari-Masserati.
He has developed numerous joint ventures and other businesses in China, including a non-profit live cornea transfer program between the US and China, and sourcing projects in China for Disney, Drexel Heritage, Gap, Guess, REEF, and many other companies.
He previously worked for Beijing TV after completing a post-graduate program in International Journalism at Shanghai Foreign Language University, a Fulbright Scholar-sponsored program, and the first program in China to prepare students to work around the world as journalists. He holds a Master's Degree in Digital Video Communication and Image Compression from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MFA in Communications from Temple University. He graduated with a BESS in Electrical Engineering, TV, and Video System Design from Beijing Polytechnique University.

John McGovern, US General Counsel
John is the US legal counsel for AMS International, and managing partner of the law firm, McGovern & Smith. He provides legal assistance to major companies that want to form international joint ventures, or to develop new international markets. He also represents a number of US and foreign companies before Congress and the federal agencies
He recently negotiated with the US Department of Defense for an Italian company to develop a US Navy base in Italy that will house the Sixth Fleet. He currently represents Finmecannica's Alenia Aeronautica, Alenia Spazio, Mirabella SpA, Montedison Spa, Ferruzzi Group, Fiat and numerous other companies.
John holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia. He graduated from the University of Maryland.

Rick Wade, Director, US Government Relations
Rick is the AMS liaison to US government agencies that have oversight of US initiatives in China. He currently leads China operations for Green Tech Automotive, a US-based automotive manufacturer of environmentally-friendly, energy-efficient vehicles.
He served as Deputy Chief of Staff to US Secretary of Commerce Gary Locke, who currently serves as the US Ambassador to China. Rick represented the department at the US-China Joint Commission on Commerce and Trade, the conference on Asian-Pacific Economic Cooperation, and other international conferences. He was the Special Envoy to the Caribbean, oversaw private sector initiatives in Haiti, and led trade missions to various parts of the world.
Rick is a former executive at Hoffman-La Roche pharmaceutical company, Fowler Communications, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. He was also a member of the Cabinet of South Carolina Governor Jim Hodges. He holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Harvard University, where he was also a Kennedy Fellow, and a MS from the University of South Carolina.

Fu Yang, China General Counsel
Fu Yang is the General Counsel for AMS in China and provides input on all AMS initiatives in the country. He is the founder, director, and senior partner of Kang Da Law Firm, which he established in 1988 at the direction of the China government to facilitate transition of the nation's legal system to accommodate private-sector legal representation. Kang Da is considered one of the most important law firms in China, and is among the leading firms for international businesses that need senior-level assistance with the China government, or to develop China-based partnerships and national business opportunities.
Fu Yang previously served as Deputy Director of the Economic Law Committee in the China National People's Congress. He helped establish more than 40 laws, including the China Corporate Law, Economic Contract Law, International Contract Law, and others relating to specific industries, the environment, and natural resources. He was elected as Vice Chairman of the All China Lawyers Association in 1995, 1999, and 2002. He has also been an official Arbitrator since 1989 at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.
